Never Judge

Chapter 1012 1012

"Dr. Chan, Dr. Chan!" A nurse shouted as he ran through the hospital, frantically searching for Miguel. "Daminit Miguel where the fuck are you." The nurse cursed as he went up another flight of stairs.

"Nurse Joseph! Be careful!" One of the nurses in Saints Hospital shouted as Joseph passed her.

"No time." Joseph simply responded as he continued to run around searching for Miguel.

"Dr. Chan!" He shouted once more as he arrived at the top floor of Saints Hospital.

"Joseph, what the hell?" Miguel asked as he stepped out of one of the VIP rooms where he had a patient.

Today was one of the rare days that he didn\'t have Joseph by his side. He had placed his most trusted nurse on a more important task, watching over his wife.

"It\'s Veronica, she\'s gone into labor!" Joseph quickly informed Miguel, who went wide eyed with shock.

Miguel quickly dashed across the hall and pressed the elevator button.

"Call my sister, tell her to inform everyone! I\'m going to be a dad! Again!" He shouted as the elevator door opened and Miguel quickly jumped in pressing the emergency button stopping others from riding with him.

Joseph laughed and shook his head, he knew it was worth it to run all over the hospital just to tell Miguel his wife was in labor. He knew that if he had buzzed the doctor, he was most likely to ignore him.

At Mountain View, Adrianna and Ayanna were running back and forth as they dressed the twins, Adrianna\'s and Cedric\'s youngest child Daniel, and Ayanna\'s and Ray\'s second son, Andres.

"Mom, why can\'t we go?" Yoyo asked as he and Aldrich, Ayanna\'s and Ray\'s eldest son, stood by the door.

"Baby." Adrianna said as she knelt in front of Yoyo. "You know why, daddy explained to bot you and Aldrich why you can\'t be seen in public."

"But we want to see Auntie Veronica\'s new baby!" Aldrich, who was now six years old, protested.

"Aldrich, you\'ll see him when Auntie Veronica and Uncle Miguel come home. We will visit him or her, don\'t worry." Ayanna called out as she managed to put a shirt on Andres.

"Let\'s go." Yoyo said as he dragged the already crying Aldrich away.

Adrianna frowned as she turned to make sure that the kids were properly dressed.

"Sometimes I wonder if we are too harsh on them." She said with a sigh as she picked up her six month old son Daniel from the bed.

Ayanna gave Adrianna a sad smile as she shook her head and held Andres\' hand while the twins stood up and walked out of the room ahead.

"Adri, they will understand someday, they are too young now, but when they are older they will understand." Ayanna explained.

"How did Cedric take it when he was younger? I mean I know that he did accept the fact that he needed to stay hidden and live that life, but what was it like when you were kids?" Adrianna asked as they made their way downstairs with the children.

"Well, first of all, you need to understand that it was a different time. Mom and dad didn\'t bring me along much either." Ayanna began to explain.

"I know." Adrianna nodded.

"Cedric was quite grown up about it. Even at a young age he accepted the fact and it was just the way things were." Ayanna explained. "He wasn\'t anything like Yoyo or Aldrich, he just did as our parents asked."

"That\'s quite surprising, I thought he would have put up a fight about being left behind all the time." Adrianna pointed out.

"It was because I was more than happy to spend time with my friends who were always at the old Reyes Mansion." Cedric wrapped his arms around his wife and kissed her cheek.

"Lurker." Adrianna teased Cedric.

"I just so happened to walk in, let\'s go. Ray will meet us there." Cedric said as he took little Daniel from his wife\'s arms and winked at the twins and Andres who quickly followed him.

"Those kids like him too much." Ayanna chuckled as she and Adrianna walked behind Cedric and climbed into the second car.

Inside the palatial Mountain View Mansion, Aldrich looked out of his window and frowned as he watched the cars drive away.

His parents may have their own home, but they seemed to spend most of their time here, at his uncle Cedric\'s house.

"There you are!" Yoyo shouted as he pushed open the door to Aldrich\'s room carrying a bag and dumping it on the bed.

"What\'s that?" Aldrich asked as he looked at his older cousin.

"Stuff we will need if we\'re going to follow your mom and my parents to Saints Hospital." Yoyo declared as he took out a mask and a wig and tossed it over to Aldrich.

"They said to stay." Aldrich pointed out as he placed the items back on the bed. "You know it\'s not safe for us out there."

"According to who? Our parents? They are overprotective." Yoyo said as he rolled his eyes and placed the items back onto Aldrich\'s hands. "Pick out your simplest clothes, jeans and a shirt, oh and a jacket."

Aldrich rolled his eyes, annoyed at the fact that Yoyo was dragging him into something that seemed like trouble.

"We both know that you are also sick and tired of staying here." Yoyo said as he changed into something simpler. "At least I go to school, you\'re homeschooled, you don\'t go anywhere."

"That\'s not true, I go with dad to work." Aldrich said as he followed Yoyo\'s lead, changing his clothes as well.

"You don\'t even get to meet other kids!" Yoyo pointed out, making Aldrich frown.

"What\'s the plan then?" He asked Yoyo as his older cousin looked at him to see if looked like a normal kid.

"Dave will take us." Yoyo said with a cocky smile as he dragged Aldrich out of the room.

"Why do I feel like this will end badly?" Aldrich said out loud as he and Yoyo climbed down the stairs in search of a phone.
